Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges will be applied after that.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been prepared or shipped.
  • Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate orders or billing errors — contact support for assistance.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Subscription Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every [30] days unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • You will receive email reminders before each renewal if enabled in your account settings.
